All participants must register online or via U.S. Mail. Register as soon as you decide to participate so you will receive the updated rules and regulations. Registration deadline is February 1, 2008. There are significant changes from the past years' rules.
To register, please submit the following information:
- Name of Group or Individual(s) entering
- Age Category: Elementary, High School or Open (18 or older)
- Actual grade of students' working on the collage if they are school age
- Complete mailing address for contact person, and school address, if school entry
- Area code and telephone number for day and night contact, and cell phone number(s)
- Contact person's name and email address, relationship to entrant, if different
- Name, address, and telephone number of newspapers that cover your community
- Brief statement (50 words or less) describing yourself or your group and why you are interested in creating a collage. Include a brief description of your collage concept, if you have formulated one. If you are not sure what you are going to create yet, just say so.
If you want to register online, you can do so here. You can print a copy of your registration form to keep for yourself, and print one to send as backup to us at the address below.
